How long does shipping take?
Once the invoice has been paid, the order will be shipped within 2 business days
What kind of warranty do I get?
We carefully examine each case to determine what is wrong with the product and where the defect lies. Based on this assessment, we determine whether the parts are covered by the warranty.
How do I find the right part?
You can filter by brand, type, and manufacturer within each category. You can also use the search function to look up items by part number. We try to include the OEM part number in our listings whenever possible.
Do you also offer technical support?
Whenever necessary, we are here to assist you with our technical expertise. This applies to mechanical, electrical, and software aspects alike.
